Our second visit for a Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester wedding reception, just over a year after Lucy and Nathan tied the knot in 2014, but today was Victoria and Sebastian’s day :)
The build up to their wedding had been somewhat fraught, with the church being suddenly clad in scaffolding and then their caterers pulling out in the final week, these guys had got this far together so were definitely up for the task of being Mr & Mrs!
The girls were getting ready at The Midland Hotel and Terence Paul hairdressers just next door whilst the boys were at The Radisson. A short drive by vintage bus made sure all the guests arrived at St.Chads with ease, and could enjoy the amazing sunshine too! The church service was very ethereal as it was all sung, (apart from their vows of course!) perfectly filling the huge rich space of the church setting, captured creatively to avoid the internal scaffolding!
Back in Manchester city centre, we took a short wander from Manchester Town Hall back to the Radisson taking in all that says ‘Manchester’ as both Victoria and Sebastian were fond of the great architecture of the city. The Radisson had stepped in at the last minute to cover the catering and by the look of the canapés nobody was going to be disappointed with the change of plans! Food and drink consumed a quick breather away from it all for Victoria and Sebastian and time for us to grab a few night time feel shots, incorporating Brew Dog a place with sentimental attachments for the two of them :) Time to party and one last special request from Victoria to be thrown in the air by all her male friends, she must trust them especially this late in the day!
A brilliant jam packed wedding at the Radisson Blu Edwardian, their honeymoon sounded just as busy too with an epic RV road trip across the USA! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Carney :)
