Rebecca & Konrad’s wedding was definitely an international affair… with the ceremony conducted by three priests in three languages – English, Polish and Swedish. Konrad’s multi-linguistics during the ceremony were very impressive :)
Pre-wedding photos were taken at the Garden Cottage in Cheshire where Rebecca, a few close family members and bridesmaids stayed the night before. Great ‘rustic style’ little cottage with panoramic views and a hot tub… perfect weekend getaway treat!
The ceremony took place at Vincent de Paul church in Altrincham, a gorgeous Victorian building, inside is most impressive and has retained all it’s original character… large, airy, dark woods but still very bright. Rebecca looked stunning walking down this aisle.
The reception took place at The Deanwater nr Wilmslow, Cheshire. The bride and groom’s theme revolved around games, they’re self-confessed gameaholics, the cake looked as if it was made from lego too, very quirky indeed. This venue is great for photography, it has a large bright wedding breakfast room, impressive private gardens and it’s own woods, accessed via the cutest wooden bridge. Not forgetting a few quirky details like the old red phone box and the ‘very’ secret overgrown garden for extra rustic’ness!
A very classic wedding indeed :)
