A Hoscote House Wedding Weekend relaxed, intimate and lots of fun!
Hayley and David live in Hertfordshire…so they chose to get married at Hoscote House in Scotland! Well I suppose only just Scotland, but a fair old drive from the South of England….not a bad drive for the Pixies though and we were really pleased to be able to go back after having shot a wedding there a few years ago. We arrived in plenty of time, as the ceremony wasn’t until 5pm! The only slot that their very popular human celebrant could fit in!
A Friday night murder…..not really!
As we arrived everyone was quite chilled out, or recovering from the murder mystery party the night before. The ceremony was set for the gorgeous walled garden and the Scottish weather was holding out nicely :)
Wedding commissioned tartan
David and the boys donned their newly created ‘Wilshaw tartan’ waistcoats, whilst ribbons of their special tartan adorned the bouquets. Hayley looked amazing and very vintage-Victorian, with a great lacey bolero and amazing headwear. Cute bridesmaids and pageboy, fantastic weather and a great ceremony complete with piper to lead everyone back to the house – a pretty perfect wedding :)
A post wedding wander in the grounds of this gorgeous Scottish Estate
Hayley had a barn she’d seen in here minds eye for some couple shots… it was a bit of a trek, but Hayley wins the prize for the fastest walking bride! A cosy wedding breakfast in the bijou dining room, followed by a smelly cheese-cake cutting and some energetic ceilidh dancing. Congratulations Hayley & David, a stunning Hoscote House wedding :)
