We’d been looking forward to this day for quite some time as the groom and groom were both good friends of ours. We couldn’t wait for them to tie the knot and make it all official!

Lee & Jason had chosen Manchester as the location for their wedding day as it holds so many memories for them both. The Midland Hotel was the perfect grand setting to celebrate their wedding day. So today we were guests and photographers, which is nearly impossible, so we wore our ‘Pixie’ photography clothing for the daytime and then made a quick Wonder Woman (not in a telephone box though) style change before the meal – to transform into guest mode!

The boys were joined by their nieces and nephew for the walk down the aisle to a room filled to the brim with family and friends from all their years together as a couple. Everyone raised a smile at their choice of attire in Welsh and Irish tartan, scrubbed up well for the occasion. A short walk around The Midland taking in the iconic architecture of Manchester, along with the new Mr & Mr having a laugh, enjoying each others company along with many words of congratulations from all the city passers by :)

80’s Disco party moves :)

Into the night the dance floor was packed with those 80’s tunes ringing out and some great disco lighting too, even though we were in ‘guest’ mode we had to get a few snaps of the party spirit before hitting the dance floor ourselves (well Sara at least!!) Huge congrats to Lee & Jason, definitely a wedding day to savour and remember :)
