Our first Inglewood Manor wedding, a tudor style building set in extensive gardens, with two lakes, a small pond, woodland, bowling green and few rustic looking sheds which we had our eyes on too!

So really we’d be spoilt for choice, at this late February Cheshire wedding. The morning had a very Spring feel with the sun out, birds singing and snow drops carpeting the floor of the small woods, a nice time to wander around and get some scene setting mood shots :) Later in the day the temperature did hint more at winter than spring so Sam was very glad of her wedding pashmina to keep off the chill!

Sam and her bridesmaids were getting ready at Inglewood Manor, so it was a very relaxed day for both them and us, no dashing from one place to the other! Sam had gone for a very natural look too, as she doesn’t normally wear much make-up then it seemed wrong to do so on her wedding day, best to be yourself – as that’s who your fiance is marrying! So the girls got ready at their own pace, with plenty of time to spare and drink champagne, the flowers arrived on cue with Sam’s bouquet having a special picture of her grandad attached, so he was there in spirit having recently passed away – a really nice touch which meant a lot to Sam and her family. Also in memory of her grandad, the wedding rings had a band of gold inside which was from the gold melted down from some of her grandad’s jewellery.

Phil arrived with his best man in a shiny Range Rover, hired for the week to whisk themselves away on mini-moon to Edinburgh :) Guests and groom in place, Sam floated down the grand staircase to her bridesmaids and page boy waiting for a grand entrance in to the ceremony room. Phil was definitely the more teary of the two, but between them they managed to get the necessary words out and with the papers signed they were now officially Mr. & Mrs! Processco and Kir Royal’s, congratulations and hugs, what it’s all about friends and family sharing your momentous day!

Time for a breather and to brave the cold, a welcome break from the very warm hotel! A short meander through the grounds close to the hotel, a little too cold and wet underfoot to venture further afield to the lakes, that’s definitely reserved for a summer wedding. Later in the evening we just caught the navy blue light of the early evening as we snapped a few shots with their special red wedding umbrella!

Another great Cheshire wedding venue, hopefully we’ll be back soon for another Inglewood Manor wedding!
